Rainbow Care&Coaching services can be funded through a Personal Budget (PGB) arranged by your municipality, or through private payment.
We are happy to support families through both options.
What Is a PGB?
A PGB (Persoonsgebonden Budget) is a financial arrangement provided by your local municipality (gemeente) that allows you to select and manage care services tailored to your child’s needs.
Rainbow Care & Coaching is fully equipped to work with families using a PGB. Many of our current families benefit from this method to access our multidisciplinary, integrated programs.
How to Apply for a PGB
If you’re considering a PGB to fund your child’s care, follow these steps:
1. Contact Your Local WijkTeam
Get in touch with the youth care team (WijkTeam) at your municipality. They coordinate care for children and families.
2. Request an Evaluation
The municipality will conduct a comprehensive developmental assessment in collaboration with you to determine whether additional support is needed.
3. Receive Approval and Budget Allocation
If approved, you will be allocated a budget to fund services at Rainbow Care&Coaching.
4. Sign a Care Agreement and Bilateral Agreement
Once approved, we’ll guide you through signing the zorgovereenkomst (care contract) and bilateral agreement, outlining the services to be delivered and the agreed-upon schedule.
Already Have a PGB?
If your child already has an approved PGB, simply let us know during the enrollment process. We’ll support you in coordinating documentation, care agreements, and planning a smooth start at Rainbow.
Private Payment Option
Families without a PGB are welcome to fund services privately. We offer flexible payment options and scheduling based on your child’s needs.
Fees vary based on:
- The intensity of support required
- The frequency and duration of sessions
