Who We Are

Rainbow Care&Coaching is a specialized early intervention center supporting neurodiverse children aged 3 to 10. We provide a unique combination of daily one-on-one therapies and group-based learning, all under one roof. Our multidisciplinary, multilingual team works closely with families to ensure each child receives care that is both individualized and developmentally enriching.

Mission

At Rainbow Care&Coaching, our mission is to provide personalized and comprehensive care for neurodiverse children and their families. We focus on helping children navigate the social, emotional, communicative, and daily life challenges that come with neurodiversity and developmental differences.

Our multidisciplinary and multicultural team ensures that every child receives care that is tailored to their individual needs, with a deep understanding of their cultural and linguistic background.

We believe in being there where and when it’s needed—providing children and families with the guidance and resources necessary to foster growth and independence.

Vision

We reject the one-size-fits-all approach to care. Instead, we believe that children should be themselves and should not have to conform to rigid systems. Our vision is to create an environment where neurodiverse children feel understood, valued, and supported in their individual journeys.

Our integrated approach, with individualized one-on-one sessions in combination with group activities on a daily basis, ensures that every child receives both personalized attention and essential social engagement. Since all services are provided under one roof, our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Our Story

Rainbow Care&Coaching was founded in September 2022 by parents of a neurodiverse child who understood first-hand the challenges families face when seeking cohesive and consistent support.

After traveling abroad to access more intensive therapies, they were inspired to create a place in the Netherlands where all essential services could be offered in one setting, delivered by a team of experienced and compassionate professionals.

What began as a personal need quickly grew into a broader mission: to help other families access the same quality of care — right here at home. Rainbow was created not only for their own child but for all children who deserve to be supported, empowered, and seen.
