Missie
At Rainbow Care & Coaching, our mission is to provide personalized and comprehensive care for neurodiverse children and their families. We focus on helping children navigate the social, emotional, communicative, and daily life challenges that come with neurodiversity and developmental differences. Our multidisciplinary and multicultural team ensures that every child receives care that is tailored to their individual needs, with a deep understanding of their cultural and linguistic background.

Visie
Wij geloven niet in een one-size-fits-all benadering van zorg. In plaats daarvan vinden wij dat kinderen zichzelf moeten kunnen zijn en zich niet hoeven aan te passen aan starre systemen. Onze visie is om een omgeving te creëren waarin neurodiverse kinderen zich begrepen, gewaardeerd en ondersteund voelen in hun individuele ontwikkeling.
Onze geïntegreerde aanpak combineert persoonlijke één-op-één sessies met dagelijkse groepsactiviteiten, zodat elk kind zowel individuele aandacht als belangrijke sociale interactie krijgt. Doordat alle diensten onder één dak worden aangeboden, kan ons multidisciplinaire team nauw samenwerken om de best mogelijke resultaten te behalen.

Trial Period & Admission Criteria
Every child at Rainbow Care & Coaching starts with a trial period, allowing us to assess their ability to participate effectively in our integrated structure. This period helps determine whether our environment and approach align with the child’s needs and whether they can thrive within a group setting.
If, during the trial period, it becomes evident that a child does not fit within the group structure or meets our exclusion criteria, we will discontinue services and work together with parents to explore alternative solutions better suited to the child’s individual needs.
